Torque Bolting Services

R.N DUCS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED renders torque bolting services whose scope covers the following:

• Metallic Ferrous joints that are bolted together with 5/8” diameter bolt or greater primarily flange piping.
• Bolted joint manholes, man ways, sight glasses, bursting discs, bolted vessel headers, valves and other circular bolted constructions.

In carrying out our torque bolting services, R. N. DUCS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ensures that flanges and bolted joints are assembled to an acceptable standard.

These shall include the use of approved bolt tightening procedure.

The structural members to be fitted are in perfect alignment for structural works and machines/equipment are properly installed through the anchor bolts on the base, properly aligned before grouting.
